All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or returns.

Love Your Candle Guarantee
Not every scent is for every person. If a candle you bought from us isn't the right scent for you, reply to your order confirmation email within two weeks of receiving it and we'll send you a replacement candle of your choice, free of charge. Keep the first candle or gift it to someone who'll enjoy it. Limited to one replacement per order and three per customer. See the full guarantee.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at shop@justbee.us with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

European Union customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email shop@justbee.us to start.
